U16 GIRLS CUP SECTION (12 TEAMS – 2 POOLS OF 6)

PLAYING VENUES: 

DAY 1 – ST CYPRIANS GIRLS SCHOOL

DAY 2 – LA ROCHELLE GIRLS SCHOOL

DAY 3 – HERSCHEL GIRLS SCHOOL

DAY 4 – PRIZEGIVING AT UCT

Round robin in each Pool with teams playing 5 games each.

At the end of the Pool round robin:

Bottom 2 from each Pool

These teams will play a further 2 matches to determine positions 9th to 12th.

Top 4 from each Pool

Will progress to Quarter Finals.

Winners of Quarter finals will progress to Semi’s and Finals.

Losers of Quarter finals will have two playoff matches to determine positions 5th to 8th

Losers of the Semi’s will play the BRONZE MEDAL Match.

Winners of the Semi’s will play the GOLD/SILVER MEDAL Match.

Matches will be 20 minutes each half, 2 minute half time and 3 minute change over between games
